These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Cosmic Intentions (the "Service"), operated by [LEGAL ENTITY / LLC NAME] ("we," "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. The Service is not directed to children.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for safeguarding your login and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current. Notify us of any unauthorized use.

3. Subscriptions, Trials & Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (as shown at checkout) until cancelled. "Founding Member" pricing is a locked-in recurring rate that stays the same for as long as your subscription remains active, as described at the time of sale.
Free trials convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless cancelled beforehand. You may cancel anytime from your account; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may offer discretionary refunds. Prices may change with notice for future billing periods.
Payments are processed by our payment provider ([Stripe / Paddle / Lemon Squeezy]); their terms also apply.

4. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses third-party AI to generate affirmations, roadmaps, audio, and other content from your inputs. AI output may be inaccurate or unexpected and is provided "as is." You are responsible for how you use it. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive license to use content generated for your account for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of the goals, text, and inputs you provide ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to process and store Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service (including sending it to our AI and infrastructure providers to generate your results). 6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: misuse or attempt to disrupt the Service; reverse engineer or scrape it; use it to generate unlawful, harmful, or infringing content; resell or share access; or violate any applicable law.

7. No Guarantee of Results

Cosmic Intentions is a tool for practice and reflection. We make no promise that using it will achieve any particular outcome, goal, financial result, or life change. Results depend on you.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR USD $100 IF YOU PAID NOTHING).

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
