How to get the most out of Cosmic Intentions.

Writing Powerful Intentions
Always start with "I AM"
Not "I want to be" or "I will be." I AM is present tense. It tells your subconscious mind this is already true — and your behavior follows.

Be specific, not vague
Weak: "I AM successful." Strong: "I AM a financially free entrepreneur earning $20k/month doing work I love." The brain needs a target to aim at.

3–5 intentions is the sweet spot
Too many dilutes your focus. Too few limits your vision. Pick the areas of life that matter most right now: health, wealth, relationships, purpose.

The identity shift principle: Your results are always a reflection of who you believe you are. When you repeatedly state "I AM," you are programming a new identity — and identity drives behaviour automatically.

Use headphones. Find a quiet space. Close your eyes during the countdown. Let the scenes wash over you. The 10-minute session is designed for full immersion — not multitasking.

3 minutes every morning beats 30 minutes once a week. Your subconscious is reprogrammed through repetition. Show up daily — even when you don't feel like it.

Open your intention card and tap "Generate AI Library." This creates personalised affirmations, beliefs, attitudes, and a meditation anchored to your goal and your profile.

Run your first visualization
Tap the circular "3" button on your intention card to launch the 3-Min Manifest. Find a quiet spot, use headphones if you can, and let it run. Do this every morning for 7 days.
